Rita Edochie’s comments come in the wake of a trending video featuring Judy Austin giving actor Yul Edochie a grand welcome upon his return home.

In a detailed post, Rita emphasized that true love and devotion are not reflected in excessive social media displays or attention-seeking behaviors. Instead, she urged women to prioritize meaningful contributions to their families and communities, highlighting the importance of substance and character over public gestures.

According to Rita, being a good wife isn’t about making loud declarations of love or constantly showering a man with praises online. She stressed that genuine qualities like virtue and character have more lasting value.
