Video: “You’re An Animal”- Opeyemi Aiyeola Hits Eniola Badmus
By Benjamin Abioye

Nollywood actress Opeyemi Aiyeola has hit back at her colleague, Eniola Badmus, after she made a body-shaming comment about Opeyemi’s appearance.
The drama unfolded when Eniola, who is also a Special Assistant to the House of Reps Speaker, Tajudeen Abass, commented on a video posted by Opeyemi.
Eniola questioned Opeyemi about her hairline, asking, “Ope, where is your front hair???” Opeyemi, clearly upset by the remark, took to Instagram Live to respond. She expressed her disappointment with Eniola, especially considering that Eniola had once been the target of body-shaming on social media herself.
In her live session, Opeyemi vented her frustration, saying that Eniola should have known better than to make such a comment. She explained that it was particularly hurtful because Eniola had never interacted with her posts before. According to Opeyemi, it was surprising and disappointing that Eniola would make such a remark, especially given her own past experiences with body-shaming.
Opeyemi didn’t hold back as she insulted Eniola, calling her an “animal” and an “ignorant person.” She added that people who consider Eniola a friend should be cautious about their association with her. “This livestream is for Eniola Badmus,” she declared. “I’ve decided not to pay attention to ignorant and evil people. I understand the way social media works, and I know there are many animals in human form. But I’ve decided to reply to Eniola Badmus, who dropped this comment on my video, with lots of likes from ignorant people like herself.”
Opeyemi continued, addressing Eniola directly: “You used to be an image of ridicule and body shaming on social media, so for you, who has felt the pain of body shaming, to now come under my post and make this comment, it’s unbelievable. You’ve never supported me, you rarely comment on my videos or interact with anything that involves me. And for you to say this, I swear to God you’re an animal.”
She further criticized Eniola’s self-image, questioning what exactly was funny about her comment. “What exactly is funny?” Opeyemi asked. “Do you think you’re beautiful, Eniola? Do you see yourself in the mirror and think that’s beauty? You think a person’s physical appearance is all that beauty is about? You are ignorant. The only thing you’ve expressed is your ignorance, and I pity those who consider you a friend.”
