Popular Actress Laments Heartbreak After Painful Breakup

Nollywood star Angela Okorie has opened up about a painful breakup with her ex-boyfriend, popularly known as Oil Money.

In a series of posts shared on social media, she didn’t hold back her emotions, accusing him of being unfaithful and using her for selfish reasons.

The actress expressed her anger over the relationship, calling her former partner names and labeling him as someone who is easily influenced and lacks direction. Angela revealed that he had been involved with other women in the entertainment industry during their time together.

“Make una warn that mad man to stop posting my picture na. I blocked Casanova for a long time. I don leave am for Nollywood girls and more,” she said, adding that she would never again show her partner online until she is married.

Angela made it clear that she felt deceived, claiming that her ex used her to gain popularity and connect with influential women in Nollywood. She said the entire experience taught her a lesson about keeping her personal life private.

“Until I marry, you all will never see or even know what my man looks like again. Make una carry am, e fits you, not Legit Queen,” she declared.

Despite the heartbreak, Angela is optimistic about the future. She said she’s praying for a real partner—someone loyal, respectful, and mature.

“I will marry right in Jesus’ name; I won’t marry a man that has eyes on other women, but a real king who knows his left from right, not an efulefu, very gullible, easily accessible,” she added.

The actress recounted the moment she found out about his unfaithful behavior. According to her, she saw messages where he talked about sleeping with wealthy women in Lagos and the movie industry.

“He even told me the day I caught his chat with a Nollywood girl that he would make sure he sleeps with all those rich women in Lagos and Nollywood. I was like, who does that?” she recalled.

Angela didn’t stop there. She criticized his lifestyle, saying he pretended to be someone important while chasing fame and attention.

“He is not who he claims to be. Noise of empty self, bags and cheap foods in restaurants. A damaged man,” she concluded.
