Bloodshed Nigeria Pastor Enenche

Pastor Paul Enenche has expressed deep concern over the continuous killings in Nigeria, asking why blood is being shed with no intervention or meaningful response from the authorities.

The Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Paul Enenche, has expressed deep concern over the continuous killings happening in Nigeria.

He questioned why there has been no meaningful intervention from those in power, despite the ongoing violence in various parts of the country.

Enenche shared that he had received a distressing phone call from a village pastor just before a special service at the Glory Dome in Abuja. The pastor described how entire families were killed, and children were murdered in their sleep during an attack on their community.

The pastor lamented the worsening security situation in the country, wondering what wrong the Nigerian people had committed to deserve such senseless violence. He highlighted that the silence of the authorities was becoming more troubling than the violence itself. “You have your farmland, and some people come to uproot cassava to feed their animals, and you ask why? They waste your blood on your father’s land. What did we do in this country to warrant this?” Enenche said.

He pointed to the ongoing bloodshed in Plateau State, Benue State, and other areas, asking what Nigerians had done to deserve this fate. “Blood flowing like water in Plateau State, Benue State, and others. What evil did we do in this country that we have not had the solution to this matter?” he questioned.

Pastor Enenche further expressed his frustration over the lack of action on the killings, saying, “When will we have people there that will have heart for people? That will sit up and make legislation. That will eliminate the wastage of blood in this land. Why is blood flowing like water? And nobody is saying anything.”

He also shared a personal experience, where a former security operative admitted his fears of traveling to his own hometown due to the insecurity along major roads.
