Suspense Over Reports Annie Has Finalized Divorce From 2Baba

Nollywood actress and socialite, Annie Macaulay, has remained silent amid fresh reports suggesting that she has officially finalized her divorce from music legend, Innocent “2Baba” Idibia.

The news of 2Baba getting a divorce from Annie Macaulay first made headlines in January 2025 following news of their separation, though details surrounding the breakup were kept under wraps.

The news of divorce came with shock, given the fact that Baba had navigated through earlier Babymamas to sign the dotted lines with Annie after years of living together during which it was expected that they would have adjusted to one another.

However, popular entertainment blogger, Cutie Juls, has now claimed in an Instagram post that Annie has signed the divorce papers following the sepertion that was announced in January.

“Annie has signed divorce papers. Apparently, it was signed few days ago,” the post stated, sparking widespread reactions online.

Annie has yet to address the viral claims, but she has been spotted at multiple public events lately, exuding confidence and looking radiant. Her appearances have caught the attention of fans, especially as her estranged husband, 2Baba, continues to generate buzz over his rumored relationship with Natasha Osawaru.
