Shock As Missing Abuja Boy, Suleiman, Found In Jigawa

A teenage boy, identified as Jafar Suleiman, who was declared missing in Abuja has reportedly been found in Jigawa State.

The Jigawa State Police Command confirmed via a statement, that Suleiman was discovered unconscious lying on the ground in Babura metropolis, Babura Local Government Area of the state.

In the statement made available to newsmen on Thursday, August 4, the Command Spokesman, DSP Lawan Shiisu Adamu said; “On 31/07/2022 at about 1700hrs, one Jafar Suleiman Lawal of Sabuwar Wuse Abuja (FCT) was found unconscious laying on the ground in Babura metropolis, Babura LGA, Jigawa State.”

Adamu explained that a team of operatives visited the scene and conveyed the 17-year-old boy to Babura General Hospital for treatment.

It was gathered that, after the victim regained consciousness, he identified himself as an SSS 3A student of Community Secondary.

Unfortunately according to Adamu, all efforts made to trace Suleiman’s relatives proved abortive.

He said: “The victim said his father is a military officer (Navy) serving in Port_harcourt, but they are living in Sabuwar Wuse No. 521 Unguwar Magaji Abuja (FCT).

“It was on 30/08/2022 in the morning, his mother sent him to the market to buy foodstuffs, he stopped an okada rider (motorcycle), after that, he just found himself in the hospital,” the police said on Suleiman, the missing Abuja boy after he was found in Jigawa.
