Nigeria’s Aruna Retains African Championships Title

Nigeria’s table tennis champion Aruna Quadri, on Sunday, made history in far away Rades Tunisia, the venue of the African senior table tennis championship after he successfully retained his title.

The win was a big consolation for Nigerian International after losing a team game to Egypt.

The Nigerian Olympian proved too much to handle for the Egyptian with a comfortable 4-0 win.

The breakdown shows a total domination by the Nigerian star (11-2, 12-10, 11-6, 11-6) and with the victory, Aruna has successfully defended his African Senior Championship title.
