Teachers Who Leaked WAEC Questions Through WhatsApp Arrested

Three secondary school teachers who allegedly used WhatsApp group chats to leak answers to WAEC examinations questions to their students were on Thursday paraded by the police.

All three teachers, however, denied the charge as they claimed that they only took pictures of the questions with the intent of going through them with their students.

The three paraded were Ibuokanma Darlington, Godstime Onuoha, Uche Chukwuma who respectively teach in secondary schools in Rivers, Imo and Anambra States

Parading the trio, Force Public Relations Officer, Mr. Frank Mbah, a deputy commissioner of police said they were all caught in possession of WAEC question papers inside their mobile phones.

The questions he said were leaked through WhatsApp groups that the teachers had established for the willing students.
