Wizkid Bags Three Awards At AFRIMA

Popular Nigerian musician, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, stood out at the 2021 edition of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA).

The event, which was held on Sunday night at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, saw the singer walk away with three awards.

Recall that Wizkid was nominated in four different categories.

Star Boy won the ‘Best African Collaboration’, ‘Artiste of the Year’, and ‘Song of the Year’ categories.

This is coming one week after the Grammy Award winner won the Best African Act Award at the 2021 MTV Europe Music Awards (MTV EMA).
