Goal. Goal..Goal…Oshimhen Has Yekini’s Record In Sight

Lille’s wonder kid has been in a wonderful form so far this season. It’s been so far so good for him. He has scored twelve goals in twenty-three appearances this season.

His goal against AS Monaco in the Round of 16 in the French League Cup portrayed his goalscoring prowess.

Nigeria’s recent victory over Lesotho was spearheaded by Victor Oshimhen, the Crocodiles couldn’t contain his immense talent. Four goals were scored by the Super eagles and Oshimhen was astonishingly involved in all of them.

Two goals and two assists gave him a five star performance on the battleground. It’s not news anymore that the marksman is becoming a favourite in both club and country.

An impressive height of 6ft1 inch  gives him an edge over defenders in the air to contest and win aerial duels. His pace, strength and tenacity to bang in the goals has surely made waves for him in recent times.

Oshimhen is the new sensation who has arrived and eyes are watching to see how far he can go in order to write his name in the sands of time.

Yekini is Nigeria’s all time record goal scorer. Nobody has been able to equal or surpass the landmark of his 37 goals in 58 games.
