Major contender for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP governorship ticket in Edo State Ken Imansuangbon has lauded the screening process for aspirants which he observed to be devoid of the chaos prevailing in the rival All Progressives Congress, APC.

Imansuagbon who is out of the country also expressed satisfaction that his presence out of the country has not deterred his supporters from backing his aspiration.

Noting the enthusiasm he said has followed his campaign despite his absence from the country, the educationist cum philanthropist said that rather than giving up the contest that it has made him to persevere.

“I am satisfied with the contest, it went very well and the panel conducted the screening with as much courtesy and sense of purpose as can be imagined.

“PDP is a big family and though we have separate routes and channels to developing our state, the contention in our party is not like what we see in the APC which again shows that our people cannot trust the APC either the governor or those challenging him in that party to lift the state.”

Imansuangbon assured his supporters that he was now nearer home and would sooner than later join them in the decisive movement to remove the APC from power.
