Lagos Tops Again As NCDC Reports 315 New Cases

Lagos State returned to its leading position among the states as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC announced 315 new cases of COVID-19 in the country.

The incident was reported in 13 states of the country and the FCT with Lagos producing 128 cases representing 40% of all cases.

Abia which topped the list on Sunday did not produce any new case on Monday.

The NCDC in its tweet said that the 315 new cases brought the total number of infections in the country to 12,801.

The agency also reported seven deaths bringing the total number of deaths from the pandemic in the country to 361.

The agency also reported that 4,040 persons have fully recovered from the disease.
