Mum, Mumbles As Pastor Chris Sets Rapture Timing
By Ayodele Oluwafemi
Mixed reactions have followed the prediction of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder of the Believers Love World a.k.a Christ Embassy that rapture will not exceed ten years from now.
Oyakhilome, in a sermon, broadcast across several social media platforms, said the world is in its last days and rapture can take place three or six years from now.
In explaining his prediction, the cleric deployed mathematical workings to discuss the events that had taken place and how they would affect the time of the rapture.
Oyakhilome said, “If the rapture does not happen in three years, it might be six years.
“If it does not happen by then, then it cannot exceed 10 years.”
Many Nigerians have reacted to the prediction of the cleric.
Some disagreed with Oyakhilome’s prediction, arguing that the Bible clearly stated that the day or time of the rapture is not known by anybody.

Some also supported the view of the cleric in relation to the predicted events happening around the World, today.
