Nigerians Mourn Abuja Protester Stabbed To Death

Many Nigerians have taken to the microblogging platform, Twitter to lament the death of Anthony Onome, who was stabbed on Saturday by suspected hoodlums during the #EndSARS protest in the Kubwa area of Abuja.
Onome died, on Sunday, at the National Hospital, Abuja where he was receiving treatment, due to the injuries sustained from the stab.
The deceased was part of those who sustained injuries from the hoodlums during the attack on the protesters on Saturday in Abuja during the #EndSARS protest.
In a now-viral video, Onome was seen struggling to walk back home with blood stains around his shoulder region after he was stabbed multiple times.
In many parts of the country, #EndSARS protesters have suffered series of attacks from hoodlums, who are allegedly state sponsored as cars and other items belonging to the protesters have been destroyed during the protest.
However, the protests which entered the 13th day are unrelenting as it is spreading across the country.
