The defendant was alleged to have caused the death of an unknown man, believed to be about 30-year-old.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Donjour Perezi, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on Feb. 5 at Owoduni area inward Ojota, Ketu, Lagos.
Perezi said that the defendant drove a Mark Truck vehicle with registration No. HJA 192 YD and had no driver’s license, roadworthiness and hackney certificates.
