Davido Shows Off Another Gold Certification

Singer Davido has taken to Instagram to show off the gold certification for his song ‘If’.

Davido shared the gold plate on his Instastories with the words: “More to come.”

The hit song was in February certified gold in the United States.

Davido wrote on Instagram at the time, “My 2nd Gold record!!! Oh God, I am grateful!! The Only two Afro beats solo singles to go Gold in the USA in Afro-beats history!! God is good!!! MORE TO COME.”

Davido’s song ‘Fall’ was also certified gold in the US in May 2020.

A song is certified gold in the US after selling 500, 000 copies by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
