Veteran Nollywood Actor, Bruno Iwuoha Dies At 68

It has been gathered that veteran Nollywood actor, Chief Bruno Iwuoha has passed on. He was 68

Filmmaker, Derik Zai, a friend and colleague of Bruno Iwuoha announced his death and according to him, Bruno Iwuoha died at the National Hospital, Abuja.

Chief Bruno Iwuoha died after battling diabetes for years and he is reported to have gone blind before his death.

Derik Zai revealed that Chief Bruno has been in coma for about 3 weeks and despite the tireless effort by the doctors to stabilize him, he could not fight his life enough.

However, the family members of the well-revered and experience script interpreter are yet to announce the official arrangements for his burial.

Bruno Iwuoha’s death comes weeks after Nollywood lost veteran actor, Sadiq Daba passed on at Lagos hospital on Wednesday, March 4.

It would be recalled that reports emerged about Chief Bruno Iwuoha coming out to seek help in footing his medical bills whilst receiving treatment for his illness and photos of him lying on his sick bed abroad went rife online.

Chief Bruno Iwuoha was flown out of the country to seek medical treatment in the US where he got the needed treatment and was told to suspend any work related activity in order to ensure he has completely recovered.
