Birthday: Edo PDP Hails Phillip Shaibu At 52

The Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, in Edo State has congratulated the deputy governor of the state, Comrade Phillip Shaibu on the occasion of his 52nd birthday.

The party in a congratulatory statement by the Edo PDP State Publicity Secretary, Chris Nehikhare said:
