Writer Reveals How He And His Best Friend Fell Out Over His Struggles

A Nigerian writer on social media took to his Twitter page to reveal how he lost his friendship with his best friend because he was struggling with life.

According to the writer, his best friend stopped talking to him after he got a job, as he was still jobless.

In a post on his Twitter handle @thepoetprenuer, he said, “After graduation, my best friend got a job and stopped talking to me. I felt I was choking him. So I stopped trying. 2 years later, God answered my prayers. I got a house & a car. He saw my house warming on my WhatsApp update & started texting me again. But I neva replied.

“The truth is, people will not move closer to you if they feel you will always be a parasite in their life. Stop crying. Level up. God no dey forget anybody.
