PDP Fight: Wike Bombs Obaseki, Apologises To Oshiomhole

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has tendered an unreserved apology to the immediate past governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole over the character of Governor Godwin Obaseki saying every warning given about the Edo governor have turned out to be correct.

Governor Wike who was the chairman of the PDP campaign council that steered Obaseki for a second term victory against the opposition of Oshiomhole has, however, been engaged in a faceoff with the Edo governor over the latter’s efforts to reconstitute the PDP structure he met on ground.

Governor Wike had last weekend rebuked the Edo Deputy Governor, Comrade Philips Shaibu over his demand to the PDP to reconstitute the PDP exco and by that drawing the wrath of Governor Obaseki who on Monday asked his Rivers State counterpart to stay off.

Wike, while rubbishing Obaseki’s charges against him, said that the Edo Governor had by his actions vindicated the former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomole, had been vindicated.

He as such, tendered an unreserved apology to Oshiomole for ignoring his warnings about Obaseki saying everything Oshiomole said about the character of the Edo Governor had co me to pass.

“If you ask anybody or check the DNA of Obaseki, you will discover that he is a serial betrayer and an ungrateful person.
