Twitter User Drags Davido For Disrespecting God In New Song

A twitter influencer, Daniel Regha has fired a direct shot at DMW boss, Davido for disrespecting God with his upcoming new song.

Recall that earlier this week the singer had announced that he would release a new song titled “Stand Strong” featuring American rapper, Kanye West, a song he bragged would be different from others he released over the past years,

From the snippet shared via Twitter Kanye West’s choir was seen with beautiful backup singers.

While many wondered if it could be the song that would finally win Davido his first Grammy, Daniel who once clashed with Davido after advising him on how to spend his money rather than waste it was more concerned over what he alleged was Davido’s disrespect of the church and God.

The Twitter critic, in a post on his page noted that Davido featuring a choir band in his music is a big slap on the face of the church, considering the fact that he’s not a gospel singer.

Daniel Regha also said it was a disrespect to God and all practising Christians for Davido to make music with a choir when he is a secular artiste.

In his words: “DAVIDO, U FEATURING A CHOIR BAND IN UR SONG IS A BIG SLAP ON THE FACE OF THAT CHURCH COS U ARE A SECULAR ARTISTE; KANYE WEST WAS WRONG TO SAMPLE UR MUSIC IN A CHURCH TO BEGIN WITH, THAT’S A DISRESPECT TO GOD & ALL PRACTISING CHRISTIANS. U CAN’T PLAY SECULAR SONGS FOR GOD’S GLORY”.
