Don’t Vote Evil APC, Atiku Tells Akwa Ibom PDP Delegates

Atiku Abubakar has described the All Progressives Congress, APC government as evil and asked Peoples Democratic Party, PDP delegates in Akwa Ibom State to give him their votes to enable him uproot the horrible legacy of the APC in government.

Atiku spoke on Monday evening when he met Akwa Ibom PDP delegates in Uyo.

While noting that Governor Udom Emmanuel was also in the race, the PDP presidential aspirant asked the delegates to consider him in weighing alternatives to their governor.

GWGNG reports that Atiku arrived, Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital from Jos, Plateau State where he had also met delegates from the state.

He promised that if supported and voted for as the next president that his leadership will not encourage tribalism, ethnicity, or religious differences.

While decrying the bad leadership of the APC led government Atiku Abubakar stressed, “May God forbid that you vote for APC. APC is evil,” Atiku said.

Continuing, he said:

“On the day I declared to run, I mentioned 5 fundamental issues that I will tackle.

“One is that I am going to reunite Nigeria because the APC has brought a lot of disharmony and disunity in Nigeria. You will not be discriminated against because you are from the North or South, or because you are a Christian or Muslim.

“Secondly I said I will deal ruthlessly with insecurity and the problem of economy, creating more jobs for the youths. I also said that I will tackle the issue of Education”

While thanking Akwa Ibom delegates for their support during the last general election, he noted “I got a lot of votes because PDP didn’t have a candidate from Akwa Ibom state. Today you have an aspirant in the person of your governor.

“Ordinarily you should vote for your governor because he is your son. But if for any other reason you cannot vote for your governor because in democracy to disagree is a fundamental right, I am here”

The state chairman of the party, Aniekan Akpan while responding to the claim by Atiku that the APC is evil, said, “We must unite to kick APC out of Nigeria. The APC is an embarrassment to Nigeria. We must unite as a party to rescue Nigeria”.
