Funke Akindele Hails Dancing Senator, Says Light Has Come To Osun

In an apparent dig at the All Progressives Congress, APC actress turned politician, Funke Akindele has hailed the victory of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State, saying that light has finally come to the state.
Funke Akindele who is the deputy governorship party of the PDP in Lagos State also revealed that power has changed hands as she congratulated Senator Ademola Adeleke, the Osun State governor-elect over his victory in the poll.

Recall that, The PDP candidate polled 403,371 votes while the All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer, Gov. Gboyega Oyetola got 375,027.
Ademola won in 17 of the 30 local government areas of the state after voting took place in 3,763 polling units.
The famous actress further described Adeleke as the light of Osun State. She wrote on her official Instagram account:
“Congratulations Senator Ademola Adeleke on your victory as the next Governor of Osun State. Indeed power has changed hands. IMOLE DE!!!
“Sir, you are the light of Osun State and I pray God grants you good health and long life to achieve all your good intentions for the people of Osun. God bless you sir.”
Meanwhile, Panic has broken out among students, parents and communities around Marymount College, Owa, in Ika North-East Local Government Area of Delta State after a student died and nine others were hospitalised following the outbreak of a strange ailment.
