GWG recalls that reports emerged earlier on Thursday that Wike had ordered his Chief Security Officer to remove all the flags of the PDP from the Government House.

However, countering the claims, a source who spoke on the condition of anonymity disclosed that the reports were entirely false.

The source further insisted that all the flags bearing the PDP have remained untouched within the Government House.

There is nothing like that,” the source said.

There have been speculations that the Rivers Governor would dump his party for the All Progressives Congress as a result of his rift with Atiku Abubakar.

In other news, Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Igboho, has attacked President Muhammadu Buhari on the sincerity of his claims after he said that millions of Nigerians sacrificed their lives during the Biafra civil war to ensure the country’s unity.

GWG reports that President Buhari made the assertion while receiving his former associates in the defunct Congress for Progressive Change, CPC in the Presidential Villa.
