Wike Mum As Video Of Obaigbena Teasing Tambuwal On PDP Convention Goes Viral
The social media space is waiting with much anticipation for a reaction from Governor Nyesom Wike after media mogul Nduka Obaigbena made mockery of him at his mother’s burial over the weekend.
Obaigbena at the event was captured in a gathering which had the governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal, and other dignitaries in attendance taunting Wike over his loss at the PDP governorship primary.

When a microphone was passed to the publisher, he hailed Tambuwal while making mockery of the Rivers State governor in a chant: “Governor of Sokoto, Tambuwal, Chairman of Peoples Democratic Party governors forum, Tambuwal Presidential candidate, Tambuwal Wike ‘lule’, Tambuwal Wike ‘lule’, Tambuwal! Wike ‘lule’, Tambuwal Future president, Tambuwal.”
‘’Lule’’ is a Yoruba word which means falling flat or failing.
Reacting to the video Nigerians took to their handles to air their opinions on the matter with some expressing concern that the media mogul may have taken position against Wike.
GWG reports that Wike is in court with Thisday, a part of the media empire of Obaigbena ,over alleged libel.
However, there was a twitter user, identified as @obi041 who while reacting suggested that the journalist may subtly be mocking Tambuwal for being greedy and wanting to get everything at to the extent of betraying his friend, Wike.
He wrote: “What if we look at it this way – Nduka is subtly making jest of Tambuwal for trying to get ‘everything’ to the extent of betraying his close friend Wike?”
