Outrage As Tony Kabaka Is Appointed Youth Leader By Tinubu Campaign

The appointment of  Edo political enforcer, Tony Adun, popularly known as Kabaka by the Presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu as the party’s youth leader in it’s Edo chapter has sparked massive outrage on social media.

The outrage began after reports emerged online that the former Lagos State Governor had picked the controversial enforcer as the APC youth leader of the Edo State Chapter.

Reacting to the reports, Nigerians blasted the APC and its presidential candidate for handing such an important position to an enforcer regarded as a thug by some.

Fifty-year-old Edo State cultist and murderer Tony Kabaka has been awarded the APC youth leader for Edo Chapter.

Many argued that a man who has gone above his youthful age cannot fit into such position.

In a video that surfaced on social media, the newly appointed youth leader was captured chanting the emilokan song for Tinubu at the meeting with APC Youth Leaders.

Meanwhile, GWG reports that the decision by the Tinubu campaign to appoint Kabaka to the position is bound to be received with controversy in Edo State especially given the discord between the enforcer and some prominent leaders of the party in the state.
