A video making the rounds online captured the moment the entire auditorium was filled with cheers when Ned and his wife made their entrance.

After the couple took their seats on stage, Ned Nwoko was introduced but he got a half-hearted cheer from the students. However, when Regina Daniels was introduced, the students burst out with euphoria as they screamed and cheered loudly for her.

The moderator who introduced the couple pointed out that the cheer was more for Regina, a fact Ned Nwoko brought up when he began his speech.
