Maureen Esisi Goes Off On Gay Men Marrying Women

Blossom Chukwujekwu’s ex-wife, Maureen Esisi, has publicly campaigned for gay men in Nigeria to be imprisoned for life.

Maureen, who was married to Blossom Chukwujekwu for three years, responded to the online conflict between American model Fancy Acholonu and her estranged fiancé, Alex Ekubo, on her Instagram page.

Fancy reportedly broke off her engagement with Alex in 2021. A year after, she started to reveal the reasons she split up with him after making one more public apology and attempting reconciliation, which infuriated the group of virtual in-laws.
Fancy admitted that during their five year relationship, that her ex-fiancé was never intimate with her.

As many netizens have theorized, Alex and some men in the Nollywood industry could be gay but still choose to marry and have children in order to hide beneath a shadow. Fancy spilling her truth has got netizens talking.

In response to the drama going around, Maureen Esisi gave her thoughts on gay men offering themselves for marriage to innocent men.
“If the government is unable to decriminalize homosexuality, she argued that males who engage in the activity and defraud women should face a harsher punishment, such as life in jail.
“The Influencer and fashion designer emphasized further that gay men marry women, seduce, control, traumatize, and eventually divorce them before moving on to the next victim while appearing to be virtuous innocents.”
