Breaking: Southern, Middle-Belt Leaders Endorse Obi

In a major boost to his aspiration, Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi has received the endorsement of the Southern and Middle Belt Leaders Forum, SMBLF.

The endorsement of the forum was conveyed at a meeting of the leaders of the six regions in Abuja.

GWG.ng reports that the SMBLF comprises leaders from four of the six regions in the country, to wit, the Middle- Belt Forum, Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo, (Southeast) Afenifere, (Southwest,) Pan Niger Delta Forum, PANDEF, (South-South)

The Communique was read by the immediate past President General of the umbrella body of Ndigbo Worldwide, the Ohanaeze, Chief John Nnia Nwodo.
