Is Mercy Johnson Nigeria’s Most Humble Actress?
The question as to the humility of Mrs Mercy Johnson-Okojie has rarely been in doubt, given the extent to which she has gone in showcasing her submission to her husband and projecting her family but the debate as to whether she is the most humble actress at present has now come to the fore.
The star actress who has regularly put the interest of her family before every other consideration was quoted to have cut away from acting salacious scenes and also put away skimpy clothes for the purpose of maintaining family values.
However, the question as to whether she is about Nigeria’s most humble celebrity came to fore after the achieving actress put aside her glories in drama to line up behind her husband in his political quest to represent the Esan Northeast/ Southeast Federal Constituency.
Following his declaration as member-elect of the House of Representatives, his wife, Mercy Johnson came out to appreciate the people of the constituency in flawless Esan language. Her expression of the language was in the consideration of some a demonstration of the love the Kogi born actress has for her husband in learning his language and thanking his constituents in same.
