BBNaija star, Uriel Oputa, has taken to social media to express her frustration with her bank over failed transactions.

In a post on her Instagram page, she stated that she was tired of hearing the excuse of “Ma, I no see your transfer” and that she couldn’t pay her workers as a result of the failed transactions.

Uriel Oputa did not disclose the name of the bank in question, but her post has generated a lot of reactions from her followers, who have shared similar experiences with different banks.

Some of her followers also advised her to switch to another bank if she was not satisfied with the services she was receiving.

Failed transactions have become a recurring problem in Nigeria’s banking industry, with many customers experiencing delays or outright failure in transactions. This has led to a loss of confidence in the banking system, as customers are no longer sure if their transactions will go through or not.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has, however, taken steps to address this issue, by introducing a new policy that requires banks to refund customers within two hours of a failed transaction. The CBN also directed banks to resolve all customer complaints within 72 hours.

Despite these measures, many customers are still experiencing challenges with their banks. Some of the challenges include long queues at banking halls, poor network connectivity, and poor customer service.

In response to Uriel’s post, some of her followers suggested that she explore other options, such as mobile banking or online transactions, to avoid the stress of going to the bank. Others suggested that she consider using fintech platforms that offer faster and more efficient services.
