JUST IN: Judge Hands Police Lawyer To EFCC For Unauthorised Criminal Charges Against Stella Oduah 

There was commotion on Tuesday morning at the Federal High Court in Abuja after a Judge directed that a police Lawyer be arrested by the EFCC in the case involving Stella Oduah. 

Justice James Omotosho has handed a Police lawyer, Ibrahim Mohammed to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The judge gave the order over criminal charges filed against Senator Stella Adaeze Oduah.

The Police lawyer is to be investigated for filing an 8-count criminal charge against the former Minister of Aviation in the name of EFCC without the authority of the anti-graft agency.
