“Mohbad Fans Were His Greatest Enemies” – Ruger

Published

on

In a recent interview on the Adesope Live show, popular artiste Ruger expressed his thoughts on the challenges faced by fellow Afrobeats musician Mohbad before his untimely death naming the fans of the deceased star as his greatest enemies.

Ruger suggested that Mohbad’s issues extended beyond his feud with his record label; he pointed out that fans had also been a significant part of the problem.

Ruger highlighted that while Mohbad was going through a tough time with his record label, his fans failed to offer consistent support. According to him, many fans focused solely on the disputes with the record label, neglecting to support the artiste himself after he left Marlian Music.

During the interview, Ruger delved into the tendency of fans to magnify the shortcomings of their favorite artistes, often resorting to criticism and even attacking the artists and their families. He emphasized the need for fans to be more understanding and supportive, especially during challenging periods, urging a shift in focus from disputes to supporting the artiste’s they admire.
