A recent social media storm was ignited when controversial relationship expert, Blessing CEO, claimed that Nigerian singer Davido owed approximately ₦4.5 million to popular celebrity auto dealer IVD Motors for a car he allegedly purchased for his aide, Israel.

In a strongly-worded post, Blessing CEO called on Davido to settle the outstanding amount, asserting that the payment had been pending for four years.

GWG.ng reports that the assertions by Blessing CEO was partly believed because of the claims in some quarters that she was dating IVD following the controversial death of his wife last year.

Blessing CEO’s statement on social media read, “Please, Boss OBO, you have gone far beyond this. Please pay the young man; he needs his money. We rise by lifting others. Please pay the balance. God will bless you.”

However, in a swift response, Ikechukwu Ogbona, widely known as IVD Motors, took to his Instagram page to quash the claims made by Blessing CEO. He vehemently denied the allegations, stating categorically that Davido did not owe him a dime. In his post, IVD Motors defended Davido, dispelling the rumors as false and urging people to stop spreading misinformation.

“David does not owe me a dime. Please, stop speculating fake news. All love to my bro @davido. May God keep blessing you,” IVD Motors clarified in his post debunking Blessing CEO over her claims against Davido.
