Controversial socialite Blessing CEO has escalated the ongoing controversy over alleged debts owed by Nigerian music icon Davido to auto dealer, IVD, by releasing an audio message where IVD candidly admitted the debt.

This revelation comes hours after IVD publicly denied the 4.5 million naira debt that Blessing CEO had claimed Davido owed for the Venza car gifted to his aide, Israel DMW.

A few days ago, Blessing CEO had stirred controversy by publicly calling out Davido for allegedly owing 4.5 million naira for the Venza car he gave Israel DMW. However, IVD, the auto dealer in question, contradicted these claims, stating that Davido didn’t owe him anything.

In a surprising turn of events, Blessing CEO shared a chat with IVD, including an audio message where the auto dealer confirmed that Davido indeed owed him money. In the audio, IVD revealed that Davido had only paid 4 million naira for the car, an amount below their agreed sum. IVD further disclosed that he had attempted to contact Davido multiple times, and while the singer acknowledged the debt, he often delayed payments and responded after long intervals.

The leaked audio has intensified the ongoing controversy, sparking discussions and debates across social media platforms about debts owed by Davido to a number of people. Fans and followers are anxiously awaiting Davido’s response amidst these mounting allegations, which have now been supported by IVD’s own admission of the unpaid debt.
