Renowned Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has extended her heartfelt appreciation to friends, family, and supporters after triumphantly resolving a year-long tax dispute with the Lagos State Government.

Iyabo Ojo, had been vocal about facing alleged excessive tax levies.

Taking to her Instagram, Iyabo Ojo joyfully announced the resolution of the long-standing issue and expressed gratitude to various key figures who played a role in resolving the tax dispute that had taken the hue of political bickering against the background of her preference for Labour Party against the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

Iyabo Ojo specifically thanked Mr. Ayodele Subair, the head of the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS), for personally addressing her income tax concerns, adjusting it, and providing a more favorable payment plan.

Acknowledging Director Jimi Aina, she recognized his role in the resolution. Iyabo Ojo extended appreciation to her legal team, including Maverick Forte Legal and tax consultants, highlighting their instrumental support throughout the process.
