A video making rounds on social media has captured a heartwarming moment featuring the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Governor Fubara, as he unexpectedly stopped by a shop on a bustling street to quench his thirst with a cold drink.

In the viral footage, Governor Fubara is seen casually strolling into the shop and requesting a Sprite drink. As the shop attendant hands him the beverage, he playfully inquires if it’s complimentary, eliciting laughter from those gathered around.

To the delight of onlookers, the governor then proceeds to compensate the shop attendant with an undisclosed sum, garnering cheers and applause from the crowd.
