Julia’s story unveils the reality of workplace dynamics as she recounts her dismissal from the company after refusing to comply with a directive to work on Saturdays, despite her modest salary of less than N100,000.

Having been an integral part of the company’s operations, Julia found herself at odds with management when faced with the prospect of sacrificing her personal time for professional obligations.
