A video of a popular Nigerian Pastor, Paul Eneche, calling out a woman for sharing a false testimony has sparked controversies on social media.

The woman who attends his church in Abuja was on the altar to share her testimony of how God made her the “only graduate in her family.”

Worried by her command of English, as she gave her testimony, Pastor Eneche asked the lady what degree she graduated with and she said ‘’Law”. Prodding further, the cleric asked her what kind of Law degree, the lady answered ‘’B.Sc in Law”

Pastor Enenche asked the lady to leave the altar and warned his members never to come to the altar to lie about a “testimony.”

olutobaosuloye reacted, “Spirit of Discernment Much needed in the Church of today in the multitudes of clout chasers all around. Fear God. Be truthful. Say it few. Be real. Expect bigger blessings. Honour the Altar of God.”

agboodey held, “See, some Pastors/ Christians are so disciplined. They revere God and will not stomach rubbish for any reason.”

fara_seun said, “Depends on the University; the general nomenclature is LLB – how- ever, there is BSc Law/Legal Studies. Apart from this, the embarrassment was unnecessary.”

glamorz_fashionhouse reacted, “This is very em- barrassing though. I thought as a spirit filled man, wisdom to handle issues like this is part of ur pastoral duties. You are meant to work towards estab- lishing souls in d body of Christ, and not to scare them away with ur blunt words.”

jenniferosaite reacted, “He stands for d truth, if u nor wan hear truth, nor go dunamis.”

jayde8943 said, “LLB is what is earned in the university and completed with a BL in School. But it’s possible that in her adult education, with all the challenges, she may not know exactly the status of what she earned.

” It’s worse if she wasn’t much present in class but paid for assignments and had exams sat for her. It’s rampart in private universities, especially the one in Abuja. I won’t call names. It’s possible to earn a degree without knowing the status just as it is possible to pass through school without school passing through you

nyscfoodietv cried, “Pastors passion for truth made him insult a truthsayer. “BSc in Law” exists. Someone find that lady & give her reward for hers truths!!”
