TikTok banned account of Young C over 24 Hours buried alive challenge

Social Media platform, TikTok, has banned the account of a Young Nigerian, identified as Young C, over taking up a weird challenge to be buried alive for 24 hours.

GWG.ng earlier reported that in a series of posts on his Instagram page, on Wednesday, Young C stated that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.

He had also announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night.

Just a few moments before the TikTok ban, Young C had spent 23 hours buried alive in the coffin. 

In an update on his Instagram account on Thursday he said, “Guys, I am still alive,  I am still fine, I am okay.  A lot of you might think something has happened, but nothing has happened, I am fine.

Breathing heavily he said, “My problem is just that I have run out of water, I might be forced to drink this (my urine).  Guys, I am fine.

Following the ban of Young C’s account, many netizens commended the action of TikTok. See reactions below:
