Senator Ali Ndume has said that the Bola Tinubu government is being run by the worst of officials making the Muhammadu Buhari shine forth as very good.

Senator Ndume, the chief whip of the Senate spoke on Thursday evening on Arise Television.

Refining the assertion that the government was being run by plutocrats, Senator Ndume said that term would be too good to describe the Tinubu administration. He said that “this government is being run by kakistocrats and kleptocrats.

GWG.ng reports that the dictionary describes Kakistocracy as a government run by the worst, least qualified citizens.

Senator Ndume who said that Tinubu had been put away from issues in the land by aides averred that somebody has to speak out to save the country.

“I believe that he (Tinubu) is not in the real picture of what is happening. Somebody has to do this,” Ndume who represents Borno South Senatorial District said.

Noting that Nigeria has been dragged into the league of the world’s hungry nations, Ndume continued:

“We have a big challenge and that is the place of hunger and food scarcity. It is not only that inflation has gotten up to 40% it has gotten to the point that even with your money you cannot find the food to buy,” Ndume added.

“This is a very serious and scary situation because if those in power do not allow the president to know..it is like we are here and the cloud is gathering and that is scaring.”

Noting that even in his top position as the Senate’s number three man that he is unable to meet the president, Ndume said:

“Obasanjo for example as president, during his time any senator that wanted to see him could see him within 24 hours. Besides shielding Mr President they (aides) also give him the picture that everything is okay,” Ndume said as he further alleged that the developments make the much flayed former administration of Muhammadu Buhari to look very good.
