Kamala Harris Vows To Do Everything To Defeat Trump

Following the endorsement of President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris has vowed to do everything she can to defeat the Republican Party candidate, Donald Trump, in the forthcoming presidential election in the United States.

GWG.ng reports that this is coming after President Joe Biden endorsed Harris as his preferred candidate in the upcoming presidential race after he stepped down. 

Biden had faced a series of challenges during his election campaigns, his health challenge being the most recent that further solidified his decision to withdraw his presidential bid.

After being diagnosed with COVID-19, Biden returned to his home in Delaware. This confirmed a previous statement he made where he asserted that only the “Lord Almighty” could make him withdraw from the race.

Following Biden’s endorsement of Harris, she took to her Facebook account on Sunday night to write, “I am honored to have the President’s endorsement and my intention is to earn and win this nomination.”

“On behalf of the American people, I thank Joe Biden for his extraordinary leadership as President of the United States and for his decades of service to our country,” Harris said.

While vowing to defeat Trump, she called for a financial commitment from her supporters.
