A viral video capturing a church priest kneeling down to beg the Enugu Governor, Peter Mbah, to come and sit in the front seat reserved for important persons, has sparked an outrage on social media.

In the video, while Peter Mbah quietly walked into church to take a seat behind, the priest and other church officials quickly spotted him and came to him.

As seen in the video, the priest began to press the governor to come and sit in front, which he declined.

When the priest saw that Mbah was not bulging, he got on his knees to beg the governor to follow him, causing confusion among the church congregation

However, Governor Mbah maintained his seat, which made the priest give up.
