US Election: Hezbollah Launches Attacks On Trump Heights

Hezbollah, the Iran backed milita group based in Lebanon has fired projectiles towards Trump Heights, a disputed border Israeli border with Syria after the 45th president, Donald Trump returned as the 47th president of the United States.

GWG.ng reports that the Trump Heights formerly known as the Golan Heights was seized from Syria during the six-day war of 1967.

It was renamed by the Benjamin Netanyahu regime after Donald Trump in acknowledgmeent of the passionate support given the state of Israel by the 45th president while he was in power.

In one of the decisive moves, Trump moved the United States embassy from Tel Aviv in recognition of the claim that Jerusalem as the eternal capital of Israel.

The Israeli Defence Forces announced the attack by Hezbollah on the Trump Heights as the Republican candidate emerged victorious in the United States election.

Meanwhile the attack on the Trump Heights by Hezbollah came as the campaign of Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris said that the vice president won’t address supporters on election night, as the path to the White House narrowed for her.

“We still have votes to count. We still have states that have not been called yet,’’ Harris campaign co-chair Cedric Richmond said in the early hours of Wednesday.

“We will continue overnight to fight to make sure that every vote is counted.

“That every voice has spoken. So you won’t hear from the vice president tonight. But you will hear from her tomorrow,’’ he added.

As the last day of voting got underway on Tuesday, Harris had said she would have dinner with family at her Washington residence before joining an election watch party at nearby Howard University.
