Controversial Nigerian cleric Pastor Tobi Adegboyega has addressed recent rumors and speculations regarding his alleged deportation from the United Kingdom to Nigeria, saying he has no fears about the country given the good works of President Bola Tinubu.

Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, the founder of the SPAC Nation Church while asserting that anyone disputing the success of the Bola Tinubu administration could well jump from the bridge.

He spoke in an Instagram Live session with Daddy Freeze. The controversial pastor’s troubles stem from accusations of financial mismanagement and misconduct.

Responding to these reports, Pastor Tobi firmly rejected the allegations, asserting his right to live in any country of his choosing.

During the interview, the pastor stated, “What’s my own with you? I’m a citizen of a country I want to be in because money makes you have a choice, and poverty makes you beg.” He emphasized his freedom to move between countries without restrictions, dismissing the rumors as unfounded.

Pastor Tobi also shared details of a recent legal experience in which he claims to have been “ambushed” during proceedings concerning his immigration status. He revealed that he faced a rare judicial panel of five all-white judges, a situation he described as unusual. The cleric hinted at plans to release transcripts from the proceedings, expressing confidence that the outcome would vindicate him.

Addressing his connection to Nigeria, Pastor Tobi made it clear that he harbors no fear about returning to the country. “Why would I be afraid to come to Nigeria? The current government is doing well; anyone who says otherwise can jump off the bridge,” he remarked. He went on to reassure his followers that he would return to Nigeria with a team of “fine young men and women” and live comfortably, stating that his standards of living would remain high regardless of the country, Pastor Tobi said in his unqualified endorsement of the Tinubu administration.

The pastor took a swipe at those attempting to undermine his reputation, calling the allegations against him “belittling” and an effort to tarnish his image. He expressed his determination to continue his work, confident in his future plans.

“I will share with you how many countries who have written to us; they want us there. If I arrive in Nigeria, I will arrive in Nigeria with a calvary of fine young men and women, and we will live better than we’re living in our assignment ground,” he concluded.
