Painful Experience Mercy Aigbe Suffered In New Film (Video)

Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe recently shared the difficult experience she went through while filming her new movie, ‘Thinline’.

Mercy Aigbe revealed the details in an Instagram post, including photos of her swollen face and eyes caused by a severe infection that required hospitalization while producing the new film.

Recalling the incident, Aigbe wrote, “Throwback to the set of THINLINE. I woke up one morning on set, and my eyes were like this! We couldn’t film; we had to break set, and the pain that came with this was excruciating. I was hospitalized, in fact, it was a whole lot of challenges! Doctors said it was a severe infection. It was a whole lot! A whole lot!!!!”

Despite the ordeal, Aigbe expressed her gratitude for the support she received and her determination to persevere. She stated, “In all these, I am still standing and will keep pushing.”

Addressing speculations about whether the challenges were linked to the movie’s storyline, she clarified, “Someone actually said to me that Aunty Mercy all these challenges is it in any way related to the Story you told in THINLINE and I said I don’t think so oh!”
