Pregnant Woman Denied U.S. Entry, Forced Back To Nigeria
By Benjamin Abioye

A pregnant woman who traveled to the United States to give birth was deported upon arrival, and her visa revoked.
She recounted that shortly after landing in the U.S., she went into labor and had to be rushed to a hospital for medical attention.
According to her, once she regained consciousness, authorities placed her on the next available flight back to Nigeria.
“Playing with my daughter cause life didn’t end when I went to America to give birth to her, but was denied entry into the country and my visa canceled. With the stress, I fell into labor, was rushed to the hospital in Houston,” she said.
”Immediately I became a bit okay, they put me on the next available flight back to Nigeria. My husband offered for me to go somewhere. I was too traumatized to embark on another journey. I have lost a child before. I wasn’t going to overstress this baby. I decided to remain in Nigeria,” she added.
