Top Nigerian Actresses In Court Over Boyfriend Snatching Saga

The ongoing drama between Nollywood actresses Queeneth Hilbert and Destiny Etiko has taken a new twist. Destiny Etiko has now filed a ₦100 million lawsuit for defamation against Queeneth Hilbert.
This follows an earlier accusation by Queeneth Hilbert, who accused Destiny Etiko of allegedly “snatching people’s boyfriends.”
In a new development, Destiny Etiko took to Instagram to announce that she had filed the lawsuit. The official statement called on Queeneth Hilbert to stop making defamatory comments about her and demanded that she retract her statement within 48 hours.
The statement further denied the accusations made by Queeneth Hilbert. It read, “Our client is an actress, a public figure, and a well-known social media personality with a large following. Our client’s attention was drawn to your official Instagram post on March 6, 2025, where you mentioned our client and falsely claimed that she manipulates and engages with individuals you know for personal gain.”
This legal move marks a serious step in the conflict between the two actresses, as Destiny Etiko seeks to protect her reputation and clear her name.
