Young Girl Bravely Identifies Neighbour Among Armed Robbers

A community in Sapele was thrown into panic when armed robbers raided homes, but a young girl rose up to identify one of the brutes as her neighbor.

A quiet night in Sapele, Delta State, turned into chaos as armed robbers stormed Kingdom Hall Road, attacking residents and stealing valuables.

The gang, heavily armed, broke into multiple homes, leaving victims terrified. However, an unexpected twist exposed one of the criminals—a familiar face within the neighborhood.

The armed robbers operated swiftly, demanding cash, phones, and other possessions in the Sapele community. Their movements suggested they had studied the area beforehand. As they carried out the attack, fear gripped the residents, who were left with no option but to comply.

Amid the chaos, one of the robbers made a critical mistake. His mask slipped off, revealing his face to a young girl. She immediately recognized him as Amos, widely known as “Papa Testy” or “Testimony.” His voice and features were too familiar to ignore.

Realizing he had been exposed, Amos reacted violently. He struck the girl with a machete, leaving deep wounds on her knees and warning her to stay silent. Despite her injuries, she survived and later provided crucial details that led to his capture.

By morning, the shaken community was in distress. The girl’s testimony led to Amos’s arrest, but he refused to reveal his accomplices. Authorities are now working to track down the remaining gang members.
