Natasha Osawaru Sparks Speculation As She Adopts ‘Idibia’ As Surname
By Gideon Ayeni

Nigerian lawmaker Natasha Osawaru has ignited fresh controversy after updating her social media profiles to include the surname “Idibia,” fueling speculation about a possible connection with legendary singer, Innocent “2Baba” Idibia.

The move comes just days after 2Baba’s estranged wife, Annie Macaulay, reverted to her maiden name on Instagram, dropping “Idibia” from her bio—a decision that many believe signals ongoing marital discord.
Annie, who married 2Baba in 2012, has endured public scrutiny over their relationship, especially regarding allegations surrounding the singer’s ties with one of his children’s mothers.
With Natasha now adopting the Idibia surname, rumors have intensified about her possible involvement with the singer. However, neither she nor 2Baba has made an official statement addressing the growing speculation.
The development has set social media abuzz, with many questioning whether Natasha’s name change is a mere coincidence or confirmation of a deeper relationship with the music icon.
